TenderAlert (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect your email address, company information, tender profile preferences, and payment information (processed securely via Stripe). We do not store payment card data.
We use your data exclusively to deliver the TenderAlert service: scanning TED Europa for relevant tenders, generating your weekly report, and communicating with you about your subscription.
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. You may request deletion at any time.
